Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time from your customer portal — no fees, no calls.
What's the $1 first visit?
When you sign up online, your first weekly visit is just $1 — a low-risk way to see the work, the photo proof, and the chemistry report. Regular pricing starts the following month.
Do you bring your own chemicals?
Yes — chemicals are included on every plan. The cost of chlorine, acid, stabilizer, and other normal balance items is baked in.
What if my pool turns green between visits?
On Premium plans we cover it — that's the algae warranty. On other plans it's an add-on charge that you approve in your portal first; no surprise bills.
Do you service second homes?
That's actually our specialty. Every visit gets timestamped, GPS-stamped before-and-after photos in your portal within an hour, so you can verify the work without being there.
How do payments work?
Monthly subscription via Stripe — credit card or ACH. Add-ons get itemized invoices you approve before any charge.
What's your service area?
Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties — Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, Port Charlotte, Estero, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, and surrounding areas.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Up- or down-grade any time in your portal; the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
